Delhi to host Peruvian Gastronomy Festival

Delhi is set to experience the rich flavours of Peru as the Peruvian Embassy in India will organise the Peruvian Gastronomy Festival from 6^th to 11^th December 2024, at Sovereign I Hall, Le Meridien New Delhi.

The event will be inaugurated by H.E. Javier Paulinich, Ambassador of Peru to India, who has been a tireless advocate for promoting Peruvian cuisine and culture. Guests will be greeted with the iconic Pisco Sour, Peru’s signature cocktail, alongside a specially curated menu of authentic Peruvian delicacies.

The highlight of the festival will be the presence of acclaimed Peruvian Chef Julio Castillo. Known for his expertise in fusion cuisine, Chef Castillo brings a wealth of experience from top Peruvian restaurants and global gastronomy festivals in cities like Madrid, Mumbai, and Delhi. His creations promise to offer a delightful glimpse into the vibrant and diverse culinary traditions of Peru.

The festival aims to strengthen cultural ties between India and Peru by celebrating the rich heritage of Peruvian gastronomy. Diplomats, hospitality leaders, and media professionals will come together to savour this immersive experience, making it truly memorable for all attendees.
