Delhi to host wine festival next week

Delhi is set to welcome its first-ever wine, cheese, and chocolate festival, Viva La Vino, on December 7, 2024 at The Lalit, Connaught Place. Co-curated by sommeliers Gargi Kothari and Devati Mallick, the event promises an exciting evening filled with the finest wines, delectable bites, and lively entertainment.

Featuring over 60 wines from across the globe, attendees can sip, swirl, and savour diverse flavours while exploring new favourites or revisiting classic options. The festival also offers a unique opportunity to purchase wines at special prices, with orders delivered later.

At the event, artisan cheese and chocolate makers will showcase their creations, perfect for pairing with wines, while live food stations curated by the venue promise mouthwatering delights. A one-hour master class by industry experts, limited to 25 participants, will highlight premium wines not available elsewhere.

Visitors can enjoy music, entertainment, and interactive games, including wine trivia and challenges, ensuring a memorable experience for all.
