Spread over two acres, the facility promises a distinctive Indian food and beverage experience, drawing inspiration from the country’s ancient brewing traditions, indigenous ingredients, and diverse culinary heritage. ICB has established a research and development (R&D) centre in Belgium to spearhead craft beer innovation. The Bengaluru microbrewery offers nine craft beers, meticulously crafted by master brewer Antonio Rodriguez-Giralt, showcasing a blend of innovation and craftsmanship. Among its standout offerings is the premium non-alcoholic beer range, Ramanujan, named in honour of India’s legendary mathematician.
