ICB opens microbrewery in Bengaluru

Indian Craft Brewery (ICB) has launched a sprawling 1,500-seater microbrewery in Bengaluru’s Manyata Tech Park, located in the Nagavara area. Spread over two acres, the facility promises a distinctive Indian food and beverage experience, drawing inspiration from the country’s ancient brewing traditions, indigenous ingredients, and diverse culinary heritage.

ICB has established a research and development (R&D) centre in Belgium to spearhead craft beer innovation. The Bengaluru microbrewery offers nine craft beers, meticulously crafted by master brewer Antonio Rodriguez-Giralt, showcasing a blend of innovation and craftsmanship. Among its standout offerings is the premium non-alcoholic beer range, Ramanujan, named in honour of India’s legendary mathematician.

This microbrewery aims to redefine craft brewing in India, combining global expertise with local flavours to create an unparalleled experience for beer enthusiasts.
