The symposium will focus on data-driven food insights, sustainable and health-focused food practices, creative recipe generation through AI, and food-beverage pairing innovations. Key speakers will include Chef Garima Arora, Michelin star awarded chef, Dr. Soumya Swaminathan, clinical scientist and chairperson of MS Swaminathan Research Foundation (MSSRF), Chef Manjit Singh Gill, President of the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations, and Prof. Kavya Dashora from IIT-Delhi, known for integrating agriculture with AI. One of the highlights of the event will be the Fork-It Hackathon, organised by Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and CoSyLab, offering a prize pool of Rs 80,000 for innovative API-driven food-tech solutions.
