Kevin Pietersen ventures into liquor industry

Kevin Pietersen, former England cricket captain, has entered the Indian liquor market with the launch of Dram Bell, a premium blended Scotch whisky. For this, he has partnered with Ardent Alcobev and Robert Castle Ltd, a subsidiary of Angus Dundee Distillers.

Introduced in November in Maharashtra, Dram Bell is distilled, blended, and bottled by Angus Dundee in Scotland’s Highlands region. It is available in two variants—a standard blend and a 5-year-old premium blend.

In the coming months, the brand plans to expand to other northern markets.
