Sebastian P. Augustine, a retired government employee and a farmer from Kerala, has been granted the licence to produce this tender coconut wine. Augustine owns River Island Winery and will utilise tender coconut along with dragon fruit, mango, banana, jackfruit, and papaya, all sourced from his own farm, to produce the coconut wine.
