Arvind Kejriwal likely to skip ED summon

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is likely to file its first chargesheet against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal today in connection with a money laundering case linked to the now-scrapped liquor policy.

If ED filed the chargesheet, this will be the first time that Delhi Chief Minister will be named as an accused in the case. However,  a Supreme Court hearing on interim bail for Kejriwal in the liquor policy case will commence later today.

Kejriwal was arrested by the ED on 21st  March  in connection with the liquor policy case and he is under judicial custody.
