Apex court refuses to re-examine Sisodia’s bail order

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has informed the Delhi High Court of its intention to make the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) as an accused in the alleged Delhi liquor policy scam case. ED shared its move during AAP leader Manish Sisodia’s bail plea hearing in the same case.

The ED stated that the AAP would be included as an accused in the supplementary charge sheet filed in the case. The Delhi High Court has reserved its order on the bail plea filed by Sisodia, in the excise policy case. The court also reserved its order on Sisodia's bail applications in the cases filed by Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) against him.
