HC denies bail to Kejriwal The Delhi High Court has suspended the bail of CM Arvind Kejriwal, granted earlier by a trial court, citing insufficient evaluation of case materials. The Supreme Court will revisit the matter on 26th June following the HC's decision. By Spiritz Desk 25 Jun 2024 in Alert New Update Delhi High Court has stayed the bail granted to Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in the excise policy case. The bail was granted by a trial court. The HC said that trial court did not properly appreciate the materials. Earlier, the Supreme Court has deferred Arvind Kejriwal's bail order while stating that let the High Court first come out with the order. The matter would be next heard in the apex court, on 26th June.
