SC to hear Sisodia's bail plea

Former Deputy CM of Delhi, Manish Sisodia's bail plea in the alleged liquor policy scam is scheduled for a Supreme Court hearing on June 4. Previously, the Delhi High Court dismissed his bail in related money laundering and corruption cases by the ED and CBI. Sisodia was first arrested on February 26, 2023, over allegations tied to Delhi’s liquor policy reforms.

Sisodia moves bail pleas before Delhi HC

Delhi's former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia's bail petition in the alleged liquor policy scam will come up for hearing in the Supreme Court on 4th June.

Last week, the Delhi High Court dismissed his bail petition in money laundering and corruption cases filed by the Enforcement Directorate and the CBI respectively, in connection with Delhi's liquor policy case.

He was arrested by the CBI on 26th February 2023 in connection with the liquor policy case. Subsequently, he was arrested in the money laundering case by the ED.
