Telangana permits non-liquor outlets to operate till 1 am

Telangana’s Chief Minister, A. Revanth Reddy has announced in the state legislative assembly that non -alcoholic beverage outlets and other commercial establishments in Hyderabad can operate until 1 am. Bars and other outlets serving liquor are being kept out of this concession.

On the floor of the house, responding to a query, Reddy said that he had issued strict instructions to Police Commissioners of Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda to allow commercial establishments other than alcoholic beverage serving outlets to remain open until 1 am.
