Poulet Roti
Succulent and aromatic, this French-inspired Poulet Roti by Chef ABHIJEET Thakre takes classic roast chicken to the next level with a marinade of Lone Wolf Wild beer, garlic, paprika, and fresh herbs. Oven-roasted to golden perfection and paired with seasonal vegetables, it’s a dish where tender meat meets rich, tangy flavours, perfect for a cosy dinner.

Method
- Marinate the chicken in Lone Wolf Wild, garlic, lime juice, rosemary, thyme, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Roast the chicken and vegetables.
- Assemble the accompaniments on the plate. Place half chicken on top. Drizzle beer sauce on chicken or serve it on the side.

ABHIJEET Thakre
With his 23 years of experience, Chef Abhijeet has worked in many professional kitchens around India. In 2005, he started working with IHCL at the Taj Chandigarh as a junior sous chef. After gaining further experience at the Novotel in Hyderabad, he returned in 2008 to take up the position of Sous Chef at the Taj Deccan in Hyderabad. He was elevated to the role of Executive Chef at Taj City Centre in Gurugram in 2018. His second position was as Executive Chef at the stunning 286-room Vivanta Surajkund resort in Delhi-NCR. He also worked for a brief time as Executive Chef at the Lagos Continental Hotel, Nigeria. At the moment, he serves as the Executive Chef at Vivanta New Delhi, Dwarka.

Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker except beer.
- Shake hard and fine strain into a beer glass.
- Add clear highball ice.
- Top it up with Lone Wolf Beer.
- Garnish with a peach slice.
