Gigi Bombay has stepped into 2026 with the launch of its Signature Cocktail Menu 2.0, titled Back To The Future, marking a refreshed approach to its bar programme. The menu blends nostalgia with contemporary mixology, drawing inspiration from different eras, cultural references and emotional cues, while maintaining a strong focus on technique and flavour balance.
Curated by mixologist Fay Barretto, the updated cocktail list brings together reimagined house favourites alongside new creations designed to reflect the idea of time experienced through taste. The menu positions itself as both reflective and forward-looking, reinforcing Gigi’s identity as a space that combines immersive storytelling with high-energy nightlife.

The cocktail selection leans heavily into Japanese and pop-culture influences, with several drinks inspired by literature, cinema and travel. Lighter, aromatic profiles sit alongside richer, spirit-forward options, offering a broad spectrum for varied palates. Ingredients such as matcha, sencha, pandan, kaffir lime, elderflower and buckwheat tea are used alongside classic spirits, highlighting a balance between global influences and modern bar techniques.
Among the notable inclusions are cocktails built around whisky, rum, gin, mezcal and vodka, with formats ranging from refined sours and highballs to indulgent, dessert-leaning serves. Familiar classics are reworked with elements like coconut oil infusion, brown butter-washed spirits and subtle smoky notes, while tropical and citrus-driven drinks add a lighter, more playful dimension to the menu.
With Back To The Future, Gigi Bombay continues to evolve its beverage programme, placing equal emphasis on creativity and drinkability. The Signature Cocktail Menu 2.0 reflects a shift towards experience-led offerings, aligning with changing consumer preferences for thoughtfully crafted cocktails that tell a story without losing their sense of indulgence.
