On Sunday, February 8, 2026, the restaurant will bring together its acclaimed Indian Masterchef Asif Qureshi and guest Chef Siddharth Chopra for an exclusive dinner rooted in heritage, slow cooking and traditional techniques.

Chef Asif Qureshi, known as a custodian of royal Indian culinary traditions, draws from his gharana and decades of experience to present food shaped by time-honoured methods and cultural memory. Joining him is Chef Siddharth Chopra, a film producer and professional chef whose journey spans hospitality, entertainment and agriculture. His deep appreciation for India’s culinary traditions aligns seamlessly with Saffron’s philosophy of process-led cooking guided by time, technique and intent.

The collaboration focuses on traditional North Indian winter recipes prepared using slow cooking, fermentation and sigree-style techniques, hallmarks of Saffron’s culinary identity. The menu is inspired by Chef Siddharth’s childhood memories and showcases dishes that prioritise depth of flavour over speed.

Highlights include Sarson Ka Saag finished with ghee and makki atta, Sattu Ka Paratha prepared in a rustic Bihari style with mustard oil, and Gud Ki Kheer sweetened with jaggery and infused with cardamom.
