The cocktail programme draws on heirloom botanicals from northern India, including saffron, rose and warming mountain spices, reflecting balance, strength and individuality in each creation. Alongside the cocktail selection, the experience also features thoughtfully crafted zero-proof beverages. The Saffron Delight and Tamarind Fennel Soda carry the same layered approach to flavour, ensuring non-alcoholic choices remain equally distinctive.
