Baroak curates Valentine’s special menu

Baroak, an indoor–outdoor dining and bar experience in Noida’s Sector 15A, will provide a close-knit, multi-sensory celebration to its guests on Valentine’s Eve and Valentine’s Day.

Set within a calm indoor–outdoor refuge away from the city’s hum, Baroak will give couples uninterrupted time to linger at candlelit tables, share cocktails, and let the soundtrack move from nostalgic to soulful to quietly seductive as the night deepens. With thoughtful plating, intimate design and deliberately limited seating, the pace remains unhurried, allowing each moment to settle fully.

The menu will be shaped to follow the mood of the evening. A Valentine’s-exclusive cocktail selection and a dessert crafted for sharing will set the tone, while à la carte will remain open, inviting guests to choose freely and linger longer. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-conscious dishes are seamlessly integrated throughout, ensuring preferences are accommodated without interrupting the rhythm of the experience.

A Valentine’s-only cocktail lineup will draw on florals, berries, botanicals and gentle spice, echoing Baroak’s fusion sensibility and the intimacy of the occasion. Non-alcoholic offerings will be approached with the same care and complexity, ensuring every guest feels considered.

The celebrations will open with romantic classics and retro melodies, easing guests into the moment, before shifting to acoustic love songs, inviting closeness and quiet conversation. As the evening will progress, romantic lounge sounds will take over, carrying couples through the dessert and into late hours that resist endings.

“Valentine’s at Baroak is about slowing down and honouring connection,” says Smriti Mishra, Director at Baroak. “We’ve shaped the evening as a sensory journey; one where food, music, and atmosphere work together to create moments guests remember well beyond the night itself.” That intention will be reflected throughout the experience, from lighting and music cues to the tempo of service and the way the room holds space for intimacy.

Reservations are open for Valentine’s Eve and Valentine’s Day, with multiple seating slots.
