Delhi gets a new rooftop bar

Second Born, a rooftop bar, has opened in M Block Market of Delhi’s Greater Kailash 2 that promises to offer its guests a relaxed environment for those who want to settle in, order well and stay a little longer than planned. 

Founded by Sangram Singh Samra and Anushka Chaturvedi, Second Born is imagined as the fun sibling to Staple, easygoing, welcoming and built around the idea of slowing down without losing the city’s energy. 

Second Born reflects a belief that the best hospitality spaces are welcoming without being overwhelming. The place is imagined as a rooftop living room under the open sky. Key design elements include amphitheatre-style mosaic seating at the edge of the rooftop, offering panoramic views and the perfect perch to watch the sunset, along with ledge seating overlooking GK 2 M Block Market. The bar’s visual language is contemporary, colourful and intentionally well-lit. 

Personal touches run throughout the space, from curated knickknacks collected from places the founders love to subtle references to their dogs, Luca and Auggie, across artworks, coasters and postcards, adding warmth and personality to the setting.
