Geist Brewing expands to Kerala & Kolkata

Geist Brewing Co. has expanded its footprint in Kerala and Kolkata with its craft beer portfolio. With this, the Bengaluru-based brewery now offers its products in cans and kegs across five markets.

The brand is recognised for its emphasis on freshness, high-quality ingredients and a robust end-to-end cold chain system that ensures its beers are stored, transported and served at optimal temperatures. In both Kerala and Kolkata, Geist’s craft beers will be available on tap at select bars, restaurants and hotels, along with 500 ml canned formats at retail outlets. In Kolkata, consumers can also order the brand’s canned craft beers for home delivery through Swiggy.

In Kolkata, the company has introduced five variants in cans: Repeat Strong (Export-style Lager), Kamacitra (American-style India Pale Ale), Uncle Dunkel (German-style Dark Wheat Beer), James Blond (Belgian-style Strong Blond Ale) and Witty Wit (Belgian-style Witbier). Meanwhile, in Kerala, the canned portfolio includes Repeat Strong (Export-style Lager), Uncle Dunkel (German-style Dark Wheat Beer) and Witty Wit (Belgian-style Witbier).
