Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar elevates Nagaraju Kalva as Executive Chef

Le Méridien Mahabaleshwar Resort & Spa has promoted Nagaraju Kalva to Executive Chef, elevating him from his previous role as Chef de Cuisine. In his new position, he will oversee all culinary operations at the resort, including menu development, quality standards, and dining experiences across outlets and events.

With over 13 years of experience, Chef Nagaraju has worked with leading luxury hospitality brands such as The Ritz-Carlton Doha, Baraza Resort & Spa Zanzibar, Marriott Doha, and The Leela Mumbai. His expertise spans Indian, Japanese, Peruvian, Mediterranean, and contemporary international cuisines.

Known for blending modern techniques with authentic flavours, Chef Nagaraju will focus on innovation, team mentoring, and upholding Le Méridien’s global culinary standards, further enhancing the resort’s dining offerings.
