In his new position, he will oversee all culinary operations at the resort, including menu development, quality standards, and dining experiences across outlets and events.
With over 13 years of experience, Chef Nagaraju has worked with leading luxury hospitality brands such as The Ritz-Carlton Doha, Baraza Resort & Spa Zanzibar, Marriott Doha, and The Leela Mumbai. His expertise spans Indian, Japanese, Peruvian, Mediterranean, and contemporary international cuisines.
