QLA has designed an intimate dining experience for couples on the occasion of Valentine’s Day. Set against the enduring silhouette of the Qutab Minar, the celebration is set to bring together exclusive menus, live music and a warm, romantic ambience.
For the occasion, guests may choose between a four-course experience in the Restaurant or a five-course experience in the Courtyard, each paced to balance indulgence with restraint. À la carte dining will be available exclusively on the terrace on February 14.

The menus are crafted by Chef Dipender Tiwari, Culinary Director at QLA, and recall the restaurant’s ingredient-led philosophy. Bold global flavours are expressed through sophisticated European techniques, with select dishes inspired by seasonal produce and guest favourites.
The menu will include dishes like Burrata, Blood Orange & Pistachio with cold-pressed olive oil, basil cress and citrus reduction, Baked Cheese Portobello featuring cheese jalapeno stuffed wild mushroom, nut crumble and jalapeno cream sauce, and Lobster + Caviar served with pumpkin ginger puree, beluga caviar, orange champagne sauce and citrus gel. Mains will spread across both land and sea, including Miso Cod with brulee cod, caramel pumpkin, citrus ginger sauce, and hibiscus gel, and Smoked Duck prepared with fennel spiced duck breast, beets puree, red onion marmalade and mix berry jus, while desserts like Strawberry Heart Crémeux and Maldon Chocolate Love Bowl will bring the experience to a measured, romantic close.
Subtle romantic décor and mood lighting will set the mood right across the restaurant and courtyard, accompanied by live saxophone performances. Sharing the intent behind the Valentine’s Day offering, Chef Dipender said, “At QLA, Valentine’s Day is about creating an experience that feels intimate, special and thoughtfully curated. Our curated menus and ambience are designed to let couples slow down, connect and truly savour the evening.”
The Valentine’s Day experience will be offered across two seating slots from 7 pm to 9 pm and 10 pm to 1 am, with pricing ranging from ₹10,500 AI per couple for the Restaurant experience to ₹17,500 AI per couple for the Courtyard, depending on the dining space and time selected.
