Shanishvara Group & Agadh Logistics partner with Carabao Group for India entry

Shanishvara Group and Agadh Logistics & Supply Chain Management have entered into an exclusive strategic partnership with Thailand-based Carabao Group, marking the beverage major’s formal entry into the Indian market.

Carabao Group, one of Thailand’s leading beverage and aluminium can manufacturers with a growing global footprint, will make its foray into India through this India-exclusive alliance. The partnership brings together Shanishvara Alcobev’s market knowledge and Agadh Logistics & Supply Chain Management’s end-to-end logistics and supply chain expertise to support Carabao’s expansion across the country.

Under the agreement, Shanishvara and Agadh will introduce Carabao’s aluminium beverage cans to the Indian market. Shanishvara already supplies aluminium cans to several breweries in India, positioning the partnership to scale quickly. In addition, the collaboration will facilitate the entry of a range of Carabao Group’s alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage products, along with its well-known retail supermarket brands, CJ More and CJ Express.

The alliance is designed to build a strong, efficient and scalable distribution network, catering to India’s rapidly evolving beverage and consumer goods landscape. By combining local market insight with robust supply chain capabilities, the partners aim to establish a sustainable long-term presence for Carabao Group in the country.

The strategic partnership was formally signed in Bangkok by Romtham Sathientham, Managing Director of Carabao Group; Dhun Thacker, Founder of Shanishvara Group; and Anand Mohagaonkar, Chairman of Agadh Logistics & Supply Chain Management.

The agreement represents a significant milestone for all three organisations and reflects their shared focus on delivering quality products backed by reliable distribution infrastructure to meet the growing demands of Indian consumers.
