Suntory Oceania appoints Ashish Gandham as Managing Director

Suntory Oceania has appointed Ashish Gandham as Managing Director, Suntory Global Spirits – Oceania. In this role, He will work alongside Dai Minato, CEO of Suntory Beverage & Food Oceania, to lead the newly established multi-beverage business valued at $3 billion.

Ashish  joins from Singapore, where he currently serves as Managing Director of Suntory Global Spirits’ Global Travel Retail business. With nearly two decades of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, he is recognised for his strong commercial and marketing expertise. As Managing Director, he will be responsible for overseeing a broad portfolio of market-leading spirits brands across the Oceania region.

He joined Suntory Global Spirits in 2019 after a career at Diageo, where he held various commercial and marketing roles across India, Singapore and London. he began his professional journey at Johnson & Johnson.
