The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar appoints Executive Chef & F&B Director
The Westin Jaipur Kant Kalwar Resort & Spa has appointed Sidharth Bhardwaj as Executive Chef and Braj Mohan Jat as Director of Food & Beverage. The two bring over three decades of combined experience in luxury hospitality, largely across Marriott International brands.
Chef Sidharth joins the resort with more than 18 years of culinary experience, having previously served as Executive Chef at Sheraton Hyderabad and JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa. His career includes industry recognition such as FHRAI’s Young Hotel Chef of the Year 2017 and Marriott International’s Award of Culinary Excellence – Asia Pacific Rising Star 2016. He is known for his focus on natural ingredients and experiential dining concepts.
Braj brings over 13 years of experience with Marriott International to his role as Director of Food & Beverage. His expertise spans revenue management, events and conference operations, and driving guest satisfaction through customised service standards.

In their new roles, Chef Sidharth and Braj will oversee all culinary and food and beverage operations at the resort, including Harvest, Haven, Ira, and the Pool Bar. Their mandate also includes developing immersive dining formats such as villa barbecues and farm-to-table experiences, alongside the implementation of the Westin Eat Well Menus focused on wellness-led dining.
