AB InBev India has announced the launch of Corona Cero, the global zero-alcohol variant of the iconic Corona brand, marking a significant expansion of its non-alcohol beer portfolio in the country.

The introduction comes at a time when India’s non-alcohol beer segment, though still at a nascent stage, is witnessing rapid acceleration. The category grew by nearly 25 percent last year, while AB InBev India reported high double-digit growth, significantly outpacing the broader industry. With Corona Cero, the company aims to make premium non-alcohol beer more accessible across occasions, from weekday refreshment and after-work unwind moments to social gatherings where consumers prefer great taste without alcohol.

Corona Cero zero-alcohol

Building on its global positioning around mindful enjoyment, Corona Cero made its cultural debut at Magnetic Fields Nomads 2026 held from February 13–15 in Rajasthan. At the festival, the brand introduced an alcohol-free sunrise bar experience, designed as a premium daytime ritual encouraging festival-goers to pause, connect and embrace unhurried moments in the desert setting.

The brand further strengthened its presence in India’s music circuit through a collaboration with singer-songwriter Anuv Jain during his recent India tour. Known for his introspective storytelling, Anuv’s performances aligned with Corona Cero’s philosophy of meaningful, present experiences, extending the brand’s engagement from festival settings to intimate live concerts across cities.

Priced at Rs 120, Corona Cero is being rolled out across key modern trade outlets, e-commerce platforms and select on-premises locations nationwide. The launch reinforces AB InBev’s Global Smart Drinking Goals, aimed at shifting social norms and encouraging responsible consumption while growing the non-alcohol segment at scale in India.
