CinCin launches Bianco white wine

CinCin, the Italian dining destination by Aditya Birla New Age Hospitality, has introduced Bianco, a bright Riesling crafted to complement relaxed, everyday dining moments. Fresh, floral and gently citrusy, Bianco is positioned as an easy-drinking white wine designed for long lunches, unhurried dinners and evenings that naturally stretch on.

Bianco is grown in the rolling vineyards of Igatpuri, where cooler breezes help preserve the grapes’ natural vibrancy. Light and aromatic on the nose, the wine opens with soft citrus notes and delivers a clean, refreshing finish, making it an approachable and versatile choice across a range of food pairings.

The new launch joins CinCin’s house wine family alongside Rosso and Blush, expanding a trio of wines with distinct personalities but a shared philosophy of simplicity and accessibility. While Rosso offers easy-drinking warmth and Blush brings a delicate charm, Bianco completes the portfolio as a fresh, comfortable white made for sharing.
