Eekh X Siolim Coffee Rum Liqueur Introduced

Madhushala Beverages has partnered with Indore-based specialty coffee roaster, Siolim, to launch a coffee liqueur. Eekh X Siolim Coffee Rum Liqueur is a masterful blend of specialty coffee and 100% natural jaggery, specifically Nolen Gur from West Bengal.

Nolen Gur, a seasonal delicacy from Bengal, is the unsung hero of this liqueur. Made from the fresh sap of date palm trees, this single-origin jaggery boasts a distinct smoky, caramel, and butterscotch-like flavour profile, with a soft, melt-in-the-mouth texture. With its GI Tag recognition in 2022, Nolen Gur's unique origin and heritage are now celebrated globally.

The coffee component of this liqueur is sourced from the Ratnagiri Estate in India. The Robusta Nanolot RT IPL variety is expertly roasted by Siolim Roastery to bring out the perfect balance of flavours. With tasting notes of dark cherry, cocoa, and hints of vanilla, this specialty coffee is a true delight.
