FINO Tequila, the ultra-premium artisanal, award-winning tequila co-founded by cricket legend Yuvraj Singh and a collective of Indian American entrepreneurs, made its grand India debut at an intimate celebration at Koca, Gurugram. The evening brought together India’s cricketing elite, business leaders, media persons and fine-spirits enthusiasts, including Suresh Raina, Yuzvendra Chahal and Mohammad Kaif, marking the arrival of a tequila positioned to redefine luxury drinking in the country.
More than a product introduction, FINO’s entry signals a cultural milestone, the first globally crafted, ultra-premium tequila brand with deep Indian entrepreneurial roots to enter the domestic market with the ambition of transforming how the country experiences fine spirits.
FINO Tequila bridges two heritage pillars: the authentic Mexican craftsmanship of Jalisco’s Highlands and the global, future-focused vision of its founders. Alongside Yuvraj Singh, the brand is shaped by Indian American co-founders Vikram Kumar, Paroon Chadha, Sonali Patel, Jana Iyer and Nick Patel, whose collective expertise aims to elevate tequila culture worldwide. Leading the India business is Ayaesha Gooptu, Country Head of FINO Tequila, who is spearheading efforts to establish FINO at the forefront of India’s premium spirits segment.

Every bottle uses 100 percent Blue Weber agave — hand-selected, estate-grown and transformed through traditional methods perfected over generations. The portfolio spans four expressions: the crisp and pure Blanco; the innovative blush-toned Rosado; the smooth, aromatic Reposado; and the luxurious, ultra-refined Añejo.
