Fratelli unveils limited edition

Fratelli Vineyards has released a vintage of its flagship Sette, marking the label’s 15th anniversary with limited-edition collaboration with celebrated designer Manish Malhotra. Blending fine wine with Indian luxury couture, the collector’s release celebrates one of the winery’s most iconic expressions.

Crafted from very low yielding vines sourced exclusively from Fratelli’s oldest vineyard parcels planted in 2007, the vintage pays tribute to the inaugural 2009 Sette and represents the most mature fruit selection for the label to date. The blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Sangiovese is aged entirely in French oak barrels, offering notes of raspberry, violet and blackcurrant layered with hints of vanilla and spice.

Speaking on the collaboration, Gaurav Sekhri, Managing Director, Fratelli Vineyards, said, “At Fratelli Vineyards, Sette has always embodied the pinnacle of what we strive to achieve. The 15th anniversary of Sette marks a defining milestone, a testament to years of patience, mastery, and unwavering belief in Indian terroir. Collaborating with Manish Malhotra for this edition was a natural choice; his design language, rooted in heritage yet boldly modern, perfectly reflects the journey of Sette. This limited edition celebrates time, craftsmanship and a shared vision of contemporary Indian luxury.”

Winemaking and couture share a common language — patience, attention to detail and a dedication to creating something timeless. This limited edition allowed us to translate that philosophy into a design that is both rooted in heritage and unmistakably contemporary.”

The bespoke bottle, rendered in textured gold, reflects Manish’s couture-inspired design aesthetic. Limited in availability, the release underscores Fratelli’s focus on craftsmanship, ageing potential and contemporary Indian luxury.
