Imbued with Hendrick’s signature blend of rose and cucumber, the gin is nestled within a delightfully eccentric watering can, crafted to encourage home cucumber cultivation. This novel concept marries functionality with whimsy, offering a marvellous experience for budding botanists, cocktail connoisseurs, and anyone with a fondness for the extraordinary.

The Whimsical Watering Can, conceived by Boundless Brand Design and brought to life by Hunter Luxury Packaging, serves multiple purposes: grow your own cucumber garnishes, serve cocktails in theatrical style, or simply use it as a quirky home accessory. From watering seedlings to holding paint brushes or blooms, its afterlife is as imaginative as the gin it carries.

Available for a limited time at select airports, including London Heathrow, Paris CDG, Delhi, Hong Kong, JFK, and Sydney, this special pack at 44 percent ABV retails for €40 or $44.

To make the most of this gift, Hendrick’s recommends a signature Summer Punch served directly from the watering can, the recipe of which is as follows:

Hendrick’s Summer Punch (serves 3-4)

• Hendrick’s Gin – 150 ml
• Lemon Juice – 60 ml
• Elderflower Cordial – 25 ml
• Cloudy Apple Juice – 300 ml
• Maraschino Liqueur – 10 ml

Wash the Whimsical Watering Can before use and then combine all ingredients together inside. Add plenty of summer fruits like strawberries, raspberries, cucumber, and lemon wheels as well as a handful of ice. Pour into teacups over cubed ice or in a coupette and garnish with a cucumber wheel and mint sprig.
