Loch Lomond releases ultra-Rare Littlemill GTR Collection
Independent Scotch whisky distiller Loch Lomond Group has launched Littlemill Echoes of the Past, a travel retail exclusive collection of ultra-rare single malt whiskies from Scotland’s oldest licensed and now lost –distillery, Littlemill.
The three part limited edition offers collectors a unique opportunity to explore the evolving character of a single Oloroso sherry cask over three years, a first in the whisky industry. Only 50 bottles will be drawn annually from the same cask, with the spirit continuing to mature between each release.
The first expression, Littlemill Echoes of the Past 34 Year Old, will be available from July 1 in select travel retail locations globally, starting at the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference. Bottled at cask strength (48.5% ABV), it comes in a handcrafted oak display cabinet, featuring a Glencairn glass decanter, engraved detailing, a miniature, and a certificate of ownership.
With just a handful of Littlemill casks remaining, this collection offers a rare tribute to the legacy of the distillery, underlining Loch Lomond Group’s commitment to curating exclusive, high-quality whiskies for global travelers.
