Suntory Global Spirits-owned Maker’s Mark has introduced its first-ever non-bourbon expression, Star Hill Farm Whisky. This debut marks a historic moment for the brand, featuring a completely new mashbill and showcasing its first wheat whisky. The new release not only signals a shift in product innovation but also highlights Maker’s Mark’s deepening commitment to sustainability through regenerative agriculture.

The Star Hill Farm Whisky is the result of a decade-long journey to explore nature’s influence on flavour. With an ABV of 57.35 percent and a suggested retail price of $100, the annual release will be available in the United States and the United Kingdom starting mid-May, with an Australian launch planned for later in the year.

Maker’s Mark Star Hill Farm WhiskyTo scale its sustainability mission, the brand has also announced the formation of The Maker’s Mark Regenerative Alliance, pledging to transition one million acres of conventional farmland to regenerative practices over the next three years.

Rob Samuels, an eighth-generation whisky maker and managing director, stated, “Guided by our founders' pursuit of excellence and a higher purpose, we are proud to share Star Hill Farm Whisky with the world — a 10-year journey to unlock nature’s depth of flavour, resulting in something new from the Maker’s Mark Distillery.”

In the US, the limited-release whisky will be available at select retailers and Maker’s Mark Distillery.
