MoFPI’s Shyam Singh Negi inaugurates 2nd edition of Madhu Mandapam
The second edition of Madhu Mandapam, India’s premier alcobev pavilion opened to a large and enthusiastic crowd. Shyam Singh Negi, Senior Economic Advisor at the Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MoFPI) inaugurated the pavilion hosted at World Food India (WFI) 2025 from September 25-28 at Hall 05 of Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi.
The exhibition floor came alive with high-energy flair-bartending displays that showcased choreographed routines, combining bottle manipulation, theatrical pours and cocktail construction. Visitors moved from stall to stall to sample an impressive lineup of domestic and international producers, from luxurious single malts and artisanal craft spirits to refreshing brews, including Diageo, Carlsberg, Allied Blenders & Distillers (ABD), Alcobrew Distilleries, Rock and Storm Distilleries, Piccadily, ADS Spirits and Sula.
Exclusively curated and managed by RASHA Solutions, the sister concern of Spiritz Magazine, in collaboration with FSSAI, APEDA, Invest India, FICCI and EY, and supported by the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), the pavilion brings together industry leaders, mixologists, chefs and trade delegates to spotlight innovation, craftsmanship and the diversity of the Indian and global alcohol beverage industry.
Over the next three days, Madhu Mandapam will feature a rich blend of trade-focused and consumer-oriented experiences like Sips Meet Savours, an immersive fusion of gastronomy and mixology; Cocktail Competition, ThinkPad Session, Masterclasses, Tasting Sessions and B2B Lounge, offering delegates and visitors alike a richly programmed showcase of the alcobev sector’s evolving trends while ensuring all tastings and events are conducted with appropriate responsible-service and age-verification protocols.
Madhu Mandapam aims to forge meaningful connections between brands, distributors, and institutional buyers, creating new routes to market and investment opportunities at a time when India’s alcohol beverage segment is attracting growing attention from domestic and international players.
