John Distilleries has announced a new Gift-With-Purchase campaign for its premium grape brandy, Paul John XO, aimed at offering consumers an elevated festive and gifting experience. The initiative positions Paul John XO as India’s refined answer to classic European brandies such as Cognac and Armagnac, while rewarding spirit enthusiasts with a thoughtfully curated premium package.

Paul John XO is crafted using Ugni Blanc and Bangalore Purple grapes and matured for over 10 years in medium-toasted new French Limousin oak barrels before being bottled at an ABV of 46 percent. The brandy is characterised by sweetly honeyed aromas of fresh fig, apricot, strawberry, liquorice and orange zest, followed by a palate that reveals notes of cranberry, rum raisin and rich oak, leading to a long, layered finish with natural caramel. The expression has also earned international recognition, including a Gold medal at the John Barleycorn Awards (USA) in 2024 and a Silver medal at the London Spirits Competition in the same year.
As part of the Gift-With-Purchase campaign, each package includes a bottle of Paul John XO paired with a branded clear balloon glass featuring the brand’s signature paisley design in Indian blue with a gold rim, along with intricate motifs inspired by the peacock emblem. Designed to appeal to connoisseurs, luxury gifting consumers, premium hospitality outlets and upscale retail channels, the offering underscores Paul John XO’s credentials as a 100 percent Indian grape brandy, matured entirely in India and showcasing award-winning craftsmanship on the global stage.
