Pernod teams up with Ospree for permanent Chivas Regal boutique

Pernod Ricard Global Travel Retail, in partnership with Ospree Duty Free, has unveiled Chivas Regal boutique at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport, marking the brand’s first permanent boutique in India, Middle East & Africa (IMEA) region. The opening also represents the debut of Chivas Regal’s visual identity within the travel retail channel.

The boutique was inaugurated in the presence of senior leaders from Pernod Ricard and Ospree Duty Free, underscoring the strategic importance of the collaboration within India’s fast-growing travel retail market. 

Located in the departures duty-free zone, the nearly 50 sqm boutique highlights Pernod Ricard GTR’s focus on premiumisation, innovation and immersive brand experiences for global travellers. The gold-accented space features dynamic digital screens and adaptable engagement tools designed to showcase new launches and seasonal activations throughout the year.

The boutique offers the complete Chivas Regal portfolio, including the India travel retail debut of Chivas Regal Crystalgold. An adjoining area showcases other Chivas Brothers Scotch whisky brands such as Royal Salute, The Glenlivet and Aberlour. A dedicated rare and collectible wall presents ultra-premium expressions, including Chivas Regal The Icon, Royal Salute Gun Salute 62, Royal Salute Platinum Jubilee and Royal Salute House of Quinn.
