The Ritz-Carlton, Bengaluru has transformed into a dazzling destination of celebration for Diwali, where every experience is crafted to delight. As the celebrations begin, The Market, the hotel’s global fine dining restaurant, has started hosting internationally inspired pre-Diwali corporate lunch buffets that will last till October 17. It will also organise a Diwali brunch on October 19 at 12.30 pm. Guests can start by savouring a comforting tomato shorba and masala puff, leading into signature highlights such as prawns Ghati Masala with Tellicherry pepper and honey, the elegant lobster Amritsari carpaccio, and the soulful lamb nihari slow-cooked with mustard and garlic. Seafood lovers can indulge in the Sea Bass Moilee, pan-seared with curry leaf and coconut, while vegetarians can relish inventive creations like cauliflower textures, Paneer with Sorrel and Toasted Rice, and Guchhi Makhani, featuring prized morels. These will be served with black lentil, steamed rice and fresh breads. The meal will conclude with decadent desserts like Chocolate Banana with chilli and nuggets or a festive malpua with rabri, berries and saffron.

To rejuvenate, guests can unwind at The Ritz-Carlton Spa. The spa’s special Diwali rituals include The Coffee Rejuvenation Ritual for deep nourishment, The Festive Harmony Escape to balance body and mind, The Pre-Diwali Renewal Ritual to restore vitality before the celebrations and The Diwali Luminescence Facial for a radiant glow.

Priced between ₹3,000 and ₹12,000, each hamper can be personalised and delivered across the city.
