Stitzel-Weller Distillery launches Stitzel Reserve Series

Diageo owned Stitzel-Weller Distillery has unveiled Stitzel Reserve, a new series of distillery-exclusive releases, debuting with a rare 24 Year Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. This highly limited inaugural expression marks a bold new chapter for the historic site, celebrating its 90-year legacy as a cornerstone of American whiskey craftsmanship.

Distilled and aged within the legendary walls of Stitzel-Weller, the Stitzel Reserve series will draw from the distillery’s most precious archival barrels. The first release, Stitzel Reserve 24 YO, was selected and blended by Nicole Austin, Director of American Whiskey Liquid Development and Capabilities at Diageo. Only 191 bottles, pulled from just nine barrels, are available for this release.

"The launch of Stitzel Reserve is a pivotal moment for our distillery," said Austin. "This bourbon is rich with notes of cracked leather, saddle oil, and burnt sugar, an expression of decades of patience and dedication."

With no fixed release schedule, future editions of Stitzel Reserve will continue to spotlight the distillery’s rarest and most mature barrels, offering whiskey connoisseurs a gateway into the heritage and innovation that define the Stitzel-Weller legacy. Pricing is available upon request on-site.
