United Breweries Ltd. (UBL) has expanded its Kingfisher portfolio with the launch of two new flavours — Lemon Masala and Mango Berry Twist. These have been introduced in Mumbai, Goa, and Daman and are likely to expand to other regions based on consumer response.
Speaking about the launch, Vikram Bahl, Chief Marketing Officer, emphasised the growing demand for flavoured beers in India, mirroring global trends. “We drew inspiration from street food flavours, a significant part of India’s culinary identity. After testing several options, these two variants emerged as consumer favourites. These variants cater to a younger demographic looking for unique experiences.”

UBL plans to monitor the market’s response before rolling out additional flavours. “We have more variants ready in the pipeline but want to establish these two first,” Vikram added.
