Allied Blenders and Distillers Ltd. (ABD) announced a ₹3.60 per equity share dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, during its 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on July 8. The meeting was conducted via video conferencing and covered key financial highlights and strategic plans for the future.

The dividend approval reflects ABD’s robust performance in FY25. The company reported a 6.2 percent increase in income from operations, reaching ₹3,541 crore. EBITDA surged by 81.7 percent to ₹451 crore, supported by a 512 basis point improvement in gross margin to 42.1 percent. Net profit saw a remarkable jump to ₹195 crore, up from just ₹2 crore in FY24.

The management reiterated its commitment to growth and value creation, underlining plans to enhance market share, strengthen brand equity, and invest in innovation and operational efficiency. The dividend payout underscores ABD’s strong financial footing and shareholder confidence as it continues to scale its presence in India’s alcobev industry.
