Accor appoints Ranju Alex as CEO for South Asia

Accor has announced the appointment of Ranju Alex as its CEO for South Asia. A highly accomplished hospitality professional, Ranju was until recently the Regional Vice President for South Asia at Marriott International, overseeing more than 170 hotels across the region.

She began her career with The Oberoi Group in 1993 and has held several leadership roles with Marriott International during a highly successful three-decade-long career. Recently, she was conferred with the Bharat Gaurav Award, a prestigious honour recognizing her outstanding contributions to the industry.

Earlier this year, Accor and InterGlobe announced the creation of a new joint venture, consolidating all their businesses into a single entity, subject to regulatory approvals.
