ADS Spirits appoints Mohit Gupta to lead Sales - Pan India

ADS Spirits has announced the appointment of Mohit Gupta as its new Executive Vice President – Sales (Pan India), effective August 18, 2025.

Mohit brings with him more than 18 years of rich experience in sales leadership, strategic market execution, capability building, and revenue management. Over the years, he has held senior roles at leading organizations such as Henkel, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, and most recently Pernod Ricard India, where he served in multiple leadership positions including AGM – Prestige, Regional Sales Manager, and Branch Manager. At Pernod Ricard, he also led the D2VIP Luxury Club – Le Cercle, driving bespoke experiences for HNIs and UHNWIs while strengthening brand equity.

An MBA in Marketing from the Indian Institute of Modern Management, Pune, where he also served as President of the Student Council, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from the Government Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Engineering, Mohit combines strong academic credentials with proven operational expertise.

In his new role at ADS Spirits, he will report directly to the management and lead Pan-India sales operations with responsibilities including spearheading national sales growth, strengthening channel partner relations, building sales team capability, and collaborating on strategic marketing initiatives.

Confirming the appointment, the company said in a statement, “With Gupta's leadership, deep domain expertise, and hands-on experience across both mainstream and premium alcobev verticals, we are confident that he will significantly contribute to ADS Spirits' continued expansion and operational excellence.”
