AHP Hospitality Awards 2025 returns with focus on inclusion
The 8th edition of the AHP Hospitality Challenge & Awards 2025 is all set to unfold this July, celebrating India’s top hospitality talent with a renewed focus on skill development, inclusive participation, and industry benchmarking. Organised by the Association of Hospitality Professionals (AHP), the national event will bring together over 300 professionals, students, and specially-abled participants, competing across more than 20 categories spanning culinary arts, F&B service, front office operations, and housekeeping.
The competitions will take place between July 3 and 9 at multiple esteemed venues across Delhi, including Banarsidas Chandiwala Institute of Hotel Management, Novotel City Centre, Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar, and The Suryaa, New Delhi. The grand awards ceremony is scheduled for July 30 at The Suryaa.
A highlight of this year’s edition is “Sashakt – Empowering Special Ability Professionals”, AHP’s inclusive initiative enabling specially-abled individuals to compete on equal footing across all categories. With thoughtful accommodations and uniform evaluation criteria, the initiative underscores the association’s commitment to equity and empowerment in hospitality.
“AHP’s platform is an ode to those who work with passion and precision, often behind the scenes,” said Vinod Gulati, President of the AHP Executive Committee. Devipshita Gautam, Founder and General Secretary, added, “This competition is a celebration of effort and intent. Hospitality is not just a service; it’s a transformative profession that deserves recognition and pride.”
The awards will honour individual and institutional excellence across categories such as general management, culinary leadership, sustainable practices, and boutique hospitality, through recognitions like the Hospitality Excellence Awards, Tourism Excellence Awards, and Food Awards.
