Bacardi India appoints Goodies Narayanan
Bacardi India has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Goodies Narayanan as Director–Marketing & CMO India. She announced her appointment through a LinkedIn post.
“Thrilled to share a new chapter, I’ve joined Bacardi India Private Limited as Director Marketing – CMO India. At Bacardi, I’ll be leading all Consumer & Customer Marketing teams in India across a vibrant portfolio… These are brands with rich heritage and bold futures, brands that have shaped culture,” she wrote.
Goodies will lead all Consumer and Customer Marketing functions across Bacardi’s premium and globally renowned portfolio, which includes Bacardi, Patrón, Dewar’s, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire and other iconic labels.
Her appointment marks a return to brand-building in the alcobev space after a successful stint in the consumer-tech sector. “After an incredible few years in consumer-tech marketing with Hotstar and Coursera, driving growth, scaling performance engines, and deepening my love for data-driven marketing, I’m excited to return to my core – building iconic brands that shape culture.”
A vocal advocate for diversity in leadership, she also highlighted the significance of her new role, stating, “I’m also proud to join an organisation that values diversity in senior leadership, especially in an industry that has historically been traditional. It’s meaningful to step into this role not as a woman in alco-bev, but as a leader in a space that’s evolving in bold and important ways.”
