Beer Olympics & Oktoberfest Shenanigans at Oi Brewhouse

Pune’s favourite beer garden, Oi Brewhouse, is hosting OiKTOBERFEST 2025 — India’s only organic beer Oktoberfest and the biggest celebration of its kind in the country. The two-week-long festival promises bold craft brews, chef-driven food, live music, and beer-fuelled mayhem — all, of course, in true Oi style.

From Friday, October 3 to Sunday, October 19, Oi is rolling out a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t find anywhere else in India. And here’s the kicker: the party starts at the gate. Forget tickets — your entry pass is a pint. On opening night, you’ll need to chug one on the house. No sip, no slip inside. It’s Oi’s cheeky way of saying: “Raise your stein, show your spirit, and Prost to the shenanigans ahead!”

“As a brewery, we’ve always believed beer tastes better with stories, music, and laughter around it,” says Aman Talreja, co-founder of Oi Brewhouse. “OiKTOBERFEST is our boldest attempt yet at bringing that belief alive. Seventeen unforgettable days, over ten thousand guests, and a beer festival unlike anything India has seen before — and yes, it all starts with a chug at the gate.”

There will be 50+ freshly brewed craft beers and 75+ musicians fueling the revelry — only at Oi Brewhouse.

The epic beer lineup includes Oi’s much-loved brews: the refreshing Organic Wit, juicy Guava IPA, bold Smoked Lager with in-house smoked malts, and distinctive Black Rice Lager brewed with Oi’s own organic barley grains — plus six authentic German-style beers. Guest taps from Maharashtra’s finest breweries join the mix, while the crown jewel is a limited-edition OiKTOBERFEST Märzen, poured in classic 1-litre steins. And because no pint should stand alone, Chef Vardaan Marwah has crafted a German-inspired menu designed for indulgence — think bold, hearty dishes like Honey Glazed Pork Belly, Chicken Schnitzel, and more, made to fuel big tables and even bigger appetites.

Every day at OiKTOBERFEST brings something new — from bluesy jams with 40+ musicians and hip-hop evenings, to unplugged rock by local music school prodigies, and weekends headlined by celebrity DJs and live acts. Between sets, the Beer Oi-lympics and pub quizzes (hosted by Ace of Pubs) keep spirits high, with exclusive merch up for grabs — prizes you can’t buy, only win. Add live screenings of the Asia Cup finals and the iconic Chelsea vs Liverpool clash, plus cheeky offers like the Bladder Burst Challenge (unlimited beer until your first visit to the little boys’/girls’ room), and the fun stays loud, affordable, and daring.
