BEVCO announces contest to name its upcoming brandy

The Kerala State Beverages Corporation (BEVCO) has opened a public contest inviting citizens to suggest a brand name and logo for the Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) brandy it plans to launch.

According to an official statement, entries can be submitted to [email protected]. Individuals whose name and logo proposals are selected will each receive ₹10,000 cash prize when the brand is launched.

The brandy will be produced at Malabar Distilleries Ltd.’s facility in Menonpara, Palakkad, under the state government’s initiative.

Participants must send their suggestions by January 7, 2026 to be considered for the contest.
