CBD – Central Bar District, Bengaluru’s homegrown gastrobar, has opened its second outlet in HAL, one of the city’s liveliest neighbourhoods.

Helmed by Ajit GS, Chef Gaurav Raghuvanshi and Aman Dua of Crimson & Clover Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., the new outpost expands the group’s growing portfolio, which also includes Flo, Rasai, Café Del Sol, Bento Lab, Chat Chatore and Curry Express.

“The love and loyalty we’ve received since opening our first outlet have been nothing short of phenomenal,” said Ajit, Founder of Crimson & Clover Hospitality. “From regulars who turned into friends to first timers who became fans, it’s this community that pushed us to grow. With HAL, we wanted to bring the same soul but add a whole new vibe that reflects the neighbourhood’s pulse.”

The menu curated by Chef Gaurav pays homage to Indian comfort food with inventive flair from Truffle Chicken Sliders and Korean Chilli Prawns to exclusive creations like Smoked Ghee Roast Tacos, Charred Burrata Flatbread, Tandoori Quail and Jackfruit Biryani.

On the bar front, the experience is crafted to stir nostalgia and emotion. “We wanted the new CBD to be a sensory experience, a place where every visit offers something fresh and unexpected,” added Co-Founder and Beverage Director Aman. “The bar menu evolves with the food, blending familiar favourites with limited-edition seasonal cocktails.”

Spread across three levels, CBD HAL combines industrial chic with nostalgic charm, from intimate gatherings to breezy alfresco spaces and a stunning “thotti mane” inspired top floor. With its new outpost, CBD continues to redefine Bengaluru’s social scene, merging craftsmanship with community, taste with tempo and indulgence with intent.
