Chao Bella’s new menu celebrates Chinese & Italian cuisine
Chao Bella, the renowned Chinese and Italian restaurant at Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, has launched a vibrant new menu, setting a striking benchmark for culinary innovation in the region.
Located on the lobby floor of the hotel, Chao Bella remains a unique presence in Greater Noida’s dining scene, seamlessly merging eastern and western flavours. The refreshed menu brings together inventive recipes, premium ingredients, and a welcoming atmosphere, delivering exclusive creations not to be found elsewhere in the city.
Diners can look forward to a selection of contemporary Chinese dishes, including Orange Soy Glazed Scallop, Prawns Har Gao topped with salmon eggs, Gochujang Tofu Donburi, and Cantonese Steamed Sea Bass with ginger, soy, and scallion.
On the Italian side, the menu showcases Lamb Pappardelle with porcini mushroom sauce, Duck Leg Confit accompanied by parmesan mash, and Risotto di Butternut Squash featuring smoked chicken.
To finish, guests are encouraged to indulge in the decadent Torta Caprese, a flourless chocolate and almond cake promising a memorable conclusion to the meal.
