Veteran culinary professional and hospitality leader Chef Vivek Saggar was conferred with the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Catch Tastepreneur Grand Event, organised by AGSKI 360 (Anantaa GSK Innovations Pvt. Ltd.) at the School of Hotel and Tourism Management, SGT University, Gurugram.

The Tastepreneur Grand Event brought together leading culinary professionals, hospitality experts, educators and F&B entrepreneurs from across the country to celebrate innovation, entrepreneurship, mentorship and leadership in India’s rapidly evolving food and hospitality ecosystem.

Chef Saggar serves as the Brand Ambassador for the Confederation of Tourism & Hospitality in the UK, General Secretary of the Indian Culinary Forum, and a continental-level judge with the World Association of Chefs’ Societies. Over the past decade, he has played a significant role in mentoring Indian talent for WorldSkills competitions, contributing consistently to India’s performance on the global stage. Beyond India, he serves as the Ambassador of Nepal Gastronomy, actively promoting regional culinary collaboration and cultural exchange.

The Lifetime Achievement Award recognises Chef Vivek’s sustained contribution to professional education, skill development and institution-building within the hospitality sector. His work has been instrumental in strengthening platforms that nurture young professionals and elevate industry standards.
