Devans Modern Breweries has achieved a landmark international triumph as its newly launched expression, GianChand Adambaraa, clinched the titles of “Best Indian Single Malt Whisky 2025” and “Best Indian Whisky 2025” at the prestigious International Whisky Competition (IWC) 2025 held in Las Vegas, USA.

These dual accolades firmly position Devans at the helm of India’s growing single malt revolution, reinforcing its reputation for quality, innovation, and craft.

Manufactured, matured, and blended in Jammu, in the lap of the Himalayas, GianChand Adambaraa is the first unpeated single malt from the Devans stable. Matured in handpicked American ex-bourbon casks, it showcases a rich amber hue with captivating notes of dried apricots, honey, and toasted spice, followed by a smooth burst of caramel and toffee on the palate.

Named in honour of founder Dewan Gian Chand, the GianChand range embodies the legacy of Indian distilling excellence.
