After success in Gurugram, EHV International is all set to launch its much-acclaimed all day restaurant and bar, Comorin, in Mumbai on 27th May 2025 at Nilaya Anthology, Lower Parel. Known for its elevated take on regional Indian comfort food, Comorin offers a relaxed yet dynamic dining experience that celebrates India’s culinary diversity through a modern lens.

The Mumbai outpost continues this philosophy, with a thoughtfully curated menu by Brand Chef Dhiraj Dargan, featuring both signature dishes and new offerings created especially for the city.

The space has been designed by Russell Sage Studio, London, in collaboration with concept creator Rishiv Khattar, offering guests a sensory journey from day to night. Complementing the food, Varun Sharma, Head of Bars, presents a bold cocktail menu, while Kevin Rodrigues, Head of Wines, curates an accessible wine program focused on discovery.
