With over two decades of experience, Chef Anal brings a distinguished legacy from some of India’s most celebrated luxury hotels, including The Oberoi Udaivilas, Umaid Bhawan Palace, Taj Exotica Resort & Spa in the Andamans, and Vivanta by Taj in Hyderabad. His career highlights include leading successful hotel pre-openings, orchestrating high-profile events such as the G20 curtain raiser in the Andamans, and hosting the President of India and other eminent dignitaries.

Chef Anal’s expertise spans Indian and Western cuisines, complemented by a profound knowledge of Pan-Asian and regional Indian fare. Renowned for his operational excellence, guest engagement, and extensive experience in banqueting and weddings, his appointment aligns with Fairmont Jaipur’s commitment to luxury and personalised service.
